2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one (1) active helpslotswin Account. 2.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) delivered to your registered mobile number. helpslotswin will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account that occurs through your negligence in safeguarding your credentials. You must notify helpslotswin immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
3.1 Account Verification. helpslotswin may suspend or restrict an Account pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Members who fail to provide requested documentation within the prescribed timeframe may have their Accounts permanently closed and any pending withdrawal requests cancelled.
3.2 Account Suspension & Closure. helpslotswin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected fraud; breach of these Terms; suspected money laundering; failure to pass KYC verification; chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the Member; or violation of PAGCOR licensing conditions. Upon closure for cause, helpslotswin reserves the right to forfeit all balances in accordance with applicable regulatory guidance.
3.3 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. helpslotswin will attempt to notify the Member via their registered mobile number or email address prior to classifying an Account as dormant. Dormant account balances are handled in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and helpslotswin's internal dormancy policy, which is available upon request.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. helpslotswin accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, Coins.ph, QR Ph (InstaPay/PesoNet), and other methods as published on the Platform from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP).
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. helpslotswin does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. Processing times vary by payment method and the Member's VIP tier. 4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are only permitted to payment instruments registered in the same name as the helpslotswin Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. If a deposit was made via GCash, the corresponding withdrawal must be processed back to the same GCash account, subject to payment provider policies.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotions offered by helpslotswin are subject to specific terms published at the time of the promotion. Where a conflict exists between the general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated as "no-wagering," all Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. 6.1 Random Number Generation. All game outcomes on the helpslotswin Platform are determined by independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). RNG systems are tested and certified by recognised third-party testing laboratories. helpslotswin does not manipulate game outcomes.
6.2 Return to Player. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game's information panel. Published RTP figures represent statistical long-term averages and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.
6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects game outcome or payout, helpslotswin reserves the right to void the affected round. 8.3 Self-Exclusion. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits helpslotswin's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Philippine law.
11.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11.2 Regulatory Disputes. As a PAGCOR-regulated operator, helpslotswin is subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms. Members who are unable to resolve a complaint through helpslotswin's internal support process may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaint procedures.
11.3 Jurisdiction. Subject to Clause 11.2, the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.
